Clients confirm that all content provided to Webpai Tech is owned or properly licensed by them.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact timelines and outcomes.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Webpai Tech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  1. Content supplied by the client
  2. Misuse of deliverables
  3. Violation of intellectual property rights

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice if:

  1. Terms are breached
  2. Payments are not made
  3. Continued collaboration becomes impractical

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact timelines and outcomes.

14. Force Majeure

Webpai Tech shall not be held liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, government actions, or internet outages.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
